Deposit And Balance Payment

A deposit of 30% - 50% of the total tour price is required upon confirmation depending on the suppliers' policy or the last-minute bookings. Once a deposit is re-understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.

Payment Method

We accept online payment by credit card with 9PAY, a secured payment gateway for Master Card, Visa, and JCB. We will send you secured payment links once you accept this method.

You can also choose payment by Bank Transfer, or Western Union. Please, kindly note that the payment fees are not included in the price.

You can choose to pay the remainder of your balance by cash or credit card at our office in Hanoi or Halong Bay. For credit card Close payments, a 3.85% bank fee is added for each transaction

• No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Prepare appropriate clothes for going to the beach such as long-sleeved
clothes, wide-brimmed hats, face coverings, etc. with absorbent, quick-drying,
or heat-retaining materials when participating in the tour at low temperatures.
It is recommended to have spare clothes.
- Prepare a swimsuit, towel or anything else that will assist you while
swimming.
- Identity documents and personal items such as toiletries, sanitary napkins,
sunscreen, personal medicines, spare batteries, waterproof bags for cameras,
phones, etc.
- We have prepared water, fruits, medical boxes, and a dry bag so that you can
store your personal belongings and are water-resistant
