Car and tour guide pick up guests at the central hotel to Cai Beo wharf to check in and receive tickets to board the sightseeing boat.
Board the cruise. Start cruising around Cai Beo fishing village to the heart of Lan Ha Bay. From the deck, enjoy the peaceful beauty and breathtaking scenery of the members of the most beautiful bays in the world.
Cruise to Dark and Bright Cave. Located in the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve, on the border of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, Dark and Bright Cave is the way to a fairyland where visitors can see the harmonious picture of sea, mountains, sky and plants. Kayaking to explore the cave is one of the activities not to be missed.
The cruise continues to Ba Trai Dao area where there are many natural golden sand beaches. You will enjoy lunch at the 1st floor restaurant of the cruise.
After lunch, the boat goes to Viet Hai Village sightseeing spot, from here visitors can enjoy the peaceful scenery and simple life of the local people, experience cycling and fish massage.
The cruise stops at a floating fishing village to see the fish and the life of fishermen at sea.
The boat continues to Monkey Island area, where you will enjoy a sunset party with tea, fruits and snacks, swim in the sea, watch the sunset and relax on the deck. Then take a shower on the boat.
At the end of the schedule, the ship moves back to Ben Beo, our car will take you back to the hotel.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT METHODS
- For bookings made far in advance, confirmation is required 2 days before departure date and deposit 50%.
- Party B is responsible for paying the total service fee by bank transfer before the customer boards the ship 24 hours before departure for weekdays and 72 hours before departure for weekends.
- Pay any costs incurred after the service is completed.

- Party A refused to book the ship by phone call.
- Party A will confirm Party B's ship booking by email within 24 hours, by Zalo before 23:00
- Party B shall provide all passenger information at least 02 (two) days before the check-in date such as: passenger list, CCCD card, or birth certificate for children, address. All foreign guests boarding the ship must have a passport and a valid visa to enter Vietnam.
- Party A reserves the right to partially or completely refuse the booking if Party B fails to provide passenger information before the deadline.
1.2 CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation without notice or no show: Customer pays 100% total tour price
- 2 days notice = 48 hours: Free cancellation of service for legitimate reasons.
- 1 day notice = 12 hours: Customer pays 50% total tour cost.
- For customers who enjoy the discount policy, there will be no refunds but only postponements to another day.
- Refund 100% of the deposit or payment made by the customer in case of natural disasters, storms, floods or notices prohibiting departure from the port by the authorities.
- In case Hong Van Cruise cannot carry out the tour as scheduled, it is necessary to immediately notify customers and partners and refund the entire amount that customers and partners have deposited or paid within 3 days from the date of notification in cash or by bank transfer.
