The car will pick you up at the hotel in the center of Cat Ba town, along the main road through the poetic island, the first stop is Quan Y cave (also known as Hospital cave).

This is a miniature hospital in the mountain, built from 1963-1965 during the Vietnam War. Deep in the mountain, the hospital has 3 floors, 17 separate rooms with many different functions. Within half an hour, you will admire the typical architecture of the war. Concrete blocks up to half a meter thick, meeting rooms, operating rooms, military supply rooms and even sports fields. All are wonderful innovations and adaptations of the Vietnamese people during the war. Leaving the Hospital Cave, we continue our journey to visit Trung Trang Cave.

The second stop is Trung Trang Cave. The entrance to the cave is located halfway up the mountain. Inside, there are stalactites of various shapes and sizes, a wonder that nature has painstakingly created over tens of thousands of years. Each of these natural carvings has a story, a legend about the life of Cat Ba people hundreds of years ago. The inside of the cave is cool. We can still hear the trickling water on the stalactites that have exposed the cave. In the summer, the cave still echoes with the sound of flowing water throughout the winding 300m path. Pass through this path, a stone courtyard in the middle of the tropical forest will welcome you. Here, our tour guide will tell you more about Trung Trang's legends and the life of Cat Ba.

Cat Ba National Park. At the gate of the National Park, we get off the car and walk about 800m. From here, we begin the journey of climbing hundreds of stone steps and forest paths to the top of Ngu Lam, where you can admire the majestic beauty of the primeval forest on the islands (Up and down Ngu Lam peak in 2 hours). In the forest, you will hear the symphony of the mountains and forests: birdsong, insects, the cries of animals such as weasels, squirrels, monkeys, etc.

At the end of the tour, you will get on the car and return to the hotel.
