Cruise Cat Ba Dream Cruise There are 3 floors in total:

• The first floor is the reception room and also the guest dining room with a capacity of 99 guests.
• The 2nd floor tea room can accommodate 40 guests and is designed with sofa tables and chairs so guests can sit and relax.
• 3rd floor check-in and sightseeing area, sunbathing on rattan chairs, brilliant sail lights.
• In addition, the Cruise is also equipped with Karaoke screen sound equipment, high-speed Wifi connection, cool ceiling air conditioner, 4 bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. The 2nd floor also has a ball house for children to play / read books / watch TV.
• Outdoor activities include inflatable slides and net pools.
• The Cruise includes all equipment such as life jackets and fire protection, medical services and first aid kits according to operating standards.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT METHODS

- For bookings made far in advance, confirmation is required 2 days before departure date and deposit 50%.

- Party B is responsible for paying the total service fee by bank transfer before the customer boards the ship 24 hours before departure for weekdays and 72 hours before departure for weekends.

- Pay any costs incurred after the service is completed.

4. Party A refused to book the ship by phone call.
5. Party A will confirm Party B's ship booking by email within 24 hours, by Zalo before 23:00

• Party B shall provide all passenger information at least 02 (two) days before the check-in date such as: passenger list, CCCD card, or birth certificate for children, address. All foreign guests boarding the ship must have a passport and a valid visa to enter Vietnam.
• Party A reserves the right to partially or completely refuse the booking if Party B fails to provide passenger information before the deadline.

1.2 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation without notice or no show: Customer pays 100% total tour price
• 2 days notice = 48 hours: Free cancellation of service for legitimate reasons.
• 1 day notice = 12 hours: Customer pays 50% total tour cost.
• For customers who enjoy the discount policy, there will be no refunds but only postponements to another day.
• Refund 100% of the deposit or payment made by the customer in case of natural disasters, storms, floods or notices prohibiting departure from the port by the authorities.
• In case Cat Ba Dream Cruise cannot carry out the tour as scheduled, it is necessary to immediately notify customers and partners and refund the entire amount that customers and partners have deposited or paid within 3 days from the date of notification in cash or by bank transfer.
